They are outtake audio clips of Roger Clemens clucking like a chicken non-stop, and of Ken Griffey Jr. trying to get the tone and timing right for the line "It's like there's a party in my mouth, and everyone's invited!" According to the commentary track on the episode, Griffey Sr. was there and helped out his son; Senior had much more experience reading endorsement taglines and such.
