Whack a Cub
By Amanda
The Cubs have spent a zillion dollars this off-season, and armed with a multitude of overpaid free-agents, they're ready to go into Opening Day battle with our Reds. Now you can do your part to help knock the Cubs down. Whack Carlos Zambrano as many times as you can for a higher score! But don't hit the Reds--they've already got eight guys on the DL for crying out loud!

It’s good to be a Cub fan

I just saw this slideshow. Reds players doing their own self-portraits. There’s even a few shots of Bubba.
The last shot (of Dunn, I think) is…interesting.

Woo! 84! I passed Dusty Baker as the Cub whacking champion.

That slideshow was pretty interesting. Must have been a few weeks ago, with Ligtenberg in there. The capper had to be Dunn – what an ass. :ha:

He’s just letting you know that it’s the end.
Too funny. I like those guys even better now than I did before.

Happy Opening Day everybody! It is great to be watching the Reds play! Wait – Dunner just homered!!! The only thing better would me being at the game! Gotta love baseball season in Cincinnati!

I’m following a remote feed of the play-by-play. Ritht now it’s Adam Dunn 3, Chicago Cubs 0 in the middle of the fourth inning.

Cub-Smackin’ Update (Real-Life Division):
Cubs need help from Freel’s throwing error to do it, but they get on the scoreboard with one tally in the top of the fifth. It’s 3-1 with Dunn set to lead off the Reds’ half of the inning.

And they wisely walk him this time.

Reds lead 5-1 at the seventh inning stretch

And this one belongs to the Reds. 5-1 is the final.

This is more than a coincidence. This means something. This is important!

So in the slideshow, is that the first photographic evidence of Farney’s existence? I mean, who else could that person with his arm around Freel be?

Dang. JD at RR scored 102!
