Right now, he’s about to break the record for the number of homers hit in the first round of the Home Run Derby, and he still has two outs to go.
The old dude pitching to him has GOT to be tired.
It only took 25 to break the record by Abreu in 2005, but he got 28. The other three contestants together didn’t get that many.
The final four contestants are:
Lance Berkman (HOU)
Ryan Braun (MIL)
Justin Morneau (MIN)
Josh Hamilton (TEX)
This should tell you how good the NLC is. Not only do they have half of the final four, but they actually traded away another one.
