Tidbit about the Reds Caravan

According to the Trent's blog, the Indy stop of the Reds caravan will be at Jonathan Byrd's cafeteria in Greenwood, not Pinheads as previously reported.

Reds manager Jerry Narron, pitcher Todd Coffey, outfielder Chris Dickerson, Reds Hall of Fame pitcher Tom Browning, new Reds broadcaster Thom Brennaman and senior vice president of business operations Phil Castellini will be on that stop, at Jonathan Byrd's Cafeteria in Greenwood, Indiana (just south of Indianapolis) on Saturday, January 27 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)

They're going to have to fly to make it from Damon's in Muncie at 5:30 to Greenwood at 7:00. If only the Armed and Famous people were still in Muncie, they could be poised to pull them over for speeding.

They won’t have to fly, but they’ll have to be prompt.

This new location is 10 minutes from my house… 😉

I think it’s a logical impossibility for a bus full of people to be prompt. Of course, Rob Butcher may just be the guy to make that miracle happen.

Lucky guy. Even the Muncie location is 30 minutes from me.
