How was your trip back?
Bad day for baseball yesterday. Reds lost both games. And they pulled Bubba in the middle of the 4th inning. Cheez Whiz. It was an all-minor league team, and they couldn’t leave him in for more than two at-bats? Bellhorn got to stay in the game until the 6th, and Bruce played the whole game. Bubba gets pulled in the 4th. Mutter, grumble.
All kinds of things happening today, though. Trent reports that Hermanson has been released. He refused an assigment to Louisville.
Sounds like there’s something else going on, too. Krivsky is all uptight over the roster, and said they might be down to 24 today, but back at 25 tomorrow. Sounds like there’s a trade in the works. Either they saw someone on the waiver wire they want, or they’ve found someone who wants to take Cormier off their hands.

Yes, I think Krivsky’s setting himself up to be able to make another move after everybody has set their rosters and he sees who becomes available.
There are going to be a lot of guys in Hermanson’s position in about two minutes – having refused minor-league assignments and out looking for major-league jobs.
